Please note that the request is not booking! Booking is confirmed by the hotel after hotel has received the pre-payment. For the pre-payment invoice hotel requires your name and postal address. The invoice will be sent by e-mail.

Sometimes it happens that your request or letter will be lost in the internet – if you haven´t got the answer from us – please call! We will try to answer your e-mails at least within 24 h. Except on the weekends when the office is closed.
