Your booking is guaranteed by the hotel when your pre-payment is received to Rannaniidu OÜ account. Pre-payment is non-refundable and you must pay it in total. If you are not able to use the booking in serious matters on time, you can use it during our season (until 31.08.2024) when agreed with the hotel.
Please note that for the pre-payment invoice we will need your name and postal address
If the Government of the Republic of Estonia prohibits the hotel to offer services but you have already paid in advance, it is possible to use the reservation during the same season at an agreed new time or the amount paid will be refunded but 10% of service fee will be deducted from that.
